Clean Up Australia Day
Week ending 5 March will see Kerrimuir participating in all types of activities focused around Clean Up Australia Day. More news will follow on this; http://www.cleanup.org.au/au/Kids/activities.html
Working Bee Term 1
Our working bee date has been set for Saturday 20th March 2010 – 1 to 5pm.
Our focus will be to try and complete the Shed (lots of hands on work- many dad’s needed)
Prepare the vegetable garden for Winter seeds/planting
Clean out compost bins / organise worm farms
Weeding around the school grounds / pruning / sweeping (general tidy up)
WE NEED YOUR HELP – THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING AFTER A WORKING BEE, PLEASE COME ALONG – ALL WELCOME – Look out for the Working Bee Notice.
DIARY DATES - ENVIRO SUB-CONVENER MEETING DATES 2010
All parents are invited to attend monthly meetings, great way to find out what we are working on around the school, sharing of thoughts & ideas – would love to see you there.
